Included Activities
This notice applies to all experiences offered by Roatán Clear Boat, including:
Scenic clear-bottom boat rides
Guided snorkeling
Underwater sea scooter adventures (additional costs may apply)
Risks & Responsibility
The sea is beautiful but brings natural risks, such as:
Slipping on wet surfaces
Sunburn, dehydration, or motion sickness
Contact with marine life or equipment
Drowning or water-related accidents
Sudden weather or sea changes
Our crew is trained, attentive, and safety-focused — but not every risk can be removed.
Participant Responsibility
By joining this tour, you agree to:
Be in good health and physically able to participate
Follow all safety instructions given by crew
Wear a life jacket when directed
Inform staff of any health conditions (e.g., asthma, heart issues, recent surgeries)
Accept financial responsibility for any emergency medical care you may require
Waiver & Release of Liability
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk
Roatán Clear Boat, its owners, crew, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, damage, illness, or loss — even if caused by ordinary negligence
You release and hold harmless Roatán Clear Boat from any claims arising from participation
Minors on Board
Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian
Adults are fully responsible for the safety and conduct of any minors with them
Photos & Video
We may capture photos and videos for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify a crew member before departure.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Honduras, and any disputes will be handled in local Honduran courts.
Your Agreement
You have read and understood this notice
You accept all risks involved
You consent to emergency medical treatment if needed and agree to cover related costs
You release Roatán Clear Boat and its crew from all liability
